Sea Views
Rooms with sea views will be allocated whenever possible - rate reductions are sometimes available for inland facing rooms.
We do not charge single room supplements but sole occupancy supplement of twin/double rooms may apply.Children's Rates

Tariff rates do not apply to group or conference bookings, or bookings made via the Conference Bureau.
A normally non-refundable deposit of £30.00 per person is required at the time of booking (balance payable on or before arrival).
We recommend that you take out insurance to cover your holiday - we will gladly provide you with a proposal form.
Bedrooms
All rooms have private en-suite facilities. A complimentary beverage tray, colour TV, direct dial telephone and radio are available in all rooms.
Bedrooms are usually available at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, although every effort is made to ensure rooms are ready as soon as possible.
We request that rooms are vacated before 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
We regret we are unable to accommodate pets, with the exception of Guide Dogs.
